New single storey poolhouse featuring a floating concrete slab detail creating a shadow gap between the porcelain tile finish and the perimeter of the poolhouse.
The superstructure is clad in larch timber including a cantilevered canopy roof providing solar shading by day and an illuminated detail at night.
